My name is Marko Rubel and I am a real estate investor, and a teacher,
and I love what I do.

In different times, and different areas, I’ve been generating hundreds of thousands of
dollars in profits year after year since 1999…
… I give you 'snapshots' of my income!
I never thought that I would ever need the copies of my checks…
so, the oldest check I was able to find dates November 2001, here it is…
The month in which I remember the “joy of giving” is January '05:
$180,519.73
Now, the January '06 was even BIGGER month than January '05!
However, the checks I want to show you are from October '05.
Why? Because the October '05 has one significance… it is the month which was the direct
result of the new marketing automation I introduced in my business
